The urinary tract consists of various organs such as kidneys, bladder, urethra, uterus etc. When these organisms are affected due microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, or any other parasites, it is known as urinary tract infection. This disease may be caused in a mild way or in a more severe form. A person may suffer from dyuria or a burning sensation while urination or the organ may get completely damaged. In some cases, the urinary tract infection also causes death in a person. UTI is not a disease that spreads from one person to another.

Looking for Urinary tract infection symptoms

The urinary tract infection symptoms differ from person to person. Some people experience very severe symptoms when they experience urinary tract infection, whereas some people may not experience any problems at all. Some of the common urinary tract infection symptoms include:

1. The person may generally experience burning sensation or pain while urinating. This is one of the most common urinary tract infection symptoms.


2. A person may always experience urgency to urinate or the person urinates frequently.


3. The color of the urine may appear different. The color of the urine is red, cloudy or even deep yellowish. Many people experience these urinary tract infection symptoms.


4. The urine usually consists of puss content.


5. The person also experiences a sense of pressure at the rectum area. Men usually experience this symptom.


6. The women experience pressure in the public bone.


7. Some people urinate very little although they experience strong urge for urination.


8. Many people experience discomfort in the lower abdominal area.


9. Some people even experience problems at the lower back or pelvic area.


10. If a person is suffering from urinary tract infection, then the urine also produces a very strong smell. The white blood count in the urine is also high. If the doctors examine this condition earlier, then they can take preventive actions beforehand.

In general, a person experiences these urinary tract infection symptoms:

1. Constantly tired even when he or she undertakes mild physical activities.


2. The person experiences constant weakness and does not easily concentrate in work.


3. The person also experiences fever frequently. If a person is experiencing lower urinary tract infection, then he usually experiences constant fever.

Usually the adults or the older people experience urinary tract infection than the children.  But among infants, the male and the female both may experience it. The person also experiences the following urinary tract infection symptoms. The person who is affected by urinary tract infection usually becomes irritable very easily. He also develops fever often. He also experiences loose stools. Frequently, such people also experience digestive problems.

If the adults or older people are affected by this disease, then the doctor can easily diagnose the problem. But the problem cannot be easily diagnosed among children. Usually if the infants or children experience the problem of urinary tract infection, then they may not show any urinary tract infection symptoms. The problems cannot be easily identified among children because their symptoms are not easily noticeable. Hence the doctor conducts urinalysis if the children suffer from diseases like fever, flu etc.  Usually the urinary tract infection symptoms are experienced for nearly a week.
